One of the best AirBnb’s I’ve stayed in! Incredible value, home, and experience. Highlights/recommendations: - Located in a lovely vineyard where you can take a great 10k loop walk around the area - Book onto Elisabete’s wine tasting instead of (or in addition to) tastings in the area, hers is fantastic - Eat at Cafe Churrasqueria (open Fri-Sun), best meal we had in Portugal, and a 30 minute walk up a good hill, if you enjoy walking - Great pool at the house with a lovely view to chill in the afternoons Seriously great hosts who have loads more recommendations for you, we had such a fun time staying here. Couldn’t recommend it more.

I cannot recommend staying at Quinta do Fojo highly enough! My husband and I just adored the old house, the pool and the gorgeous spaces to sit and unwind around the property. But most of all, we were so grateful for the hospitality and warmth we received from Elisabete and her mother - The local recommendations, offers to book transport, genuine conversations and allowing us to join a wine tasting hosted at the property made us feel so looked after and allowed us to relax just that little bit extra. We also really enjoyed the homemade and homegrown spread at breakfast. Just perfection! 💛💛💛

I have no words for how AMAZING our stay was with Elisabete! Quinta Do Fôjo is a peaceful paradise with old world charm and beautiful views. You won't have a fresher breakfast or better wine tasting experience than you'll have at Quinta Do Fôjo!! You will not be disappointed relaxing for a few nights here. We are always a little hesitant to reserve a place where the host is present during our stay, but I'm so happy we were able to spend time with Elisabete, her husband and mother. Elisabete and her husband took us to their favorite local family-run restaurant and the night was a highlight of our trip! There is something special about staying at a property where the host grew up in. Hearing stories of her father and family working the vineyard showed us how special Quinta Do Fôjo is. The floors were a little creaky at night so you might want to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, but other than that, my wife and I couldn't recommend this stay (and her wine) more!
