Madame Fatbardha est une hôte très gentille et nous a loué un bel appartement proche de la mer. Elle est toujours en contact, répond rapidement.

Apartement is not even the same as promoted on airbnb and was very dirty and smelly expecialy bathroom wich was mouldy without basic essentials (towel, toilet paper, shampoo). We know we went for one of the cheapest options in the area but minimum standards were not met there so we left imediately after first night. The only positive thing was very kind husband and their kids (the translators). I hope other guest will not get such experience.

I booked her place and she txt me saying can you please cancel the reservation and pay me cash. And because I didn’t want to do that She’s been very rude. Very bad Communication. The place was not really clean For sure I want even think using this place again.

Bardha is a very generous and kind host, she picked us up, the messages we sent were always answered very fast! We booked two nights, but wanted to leave after one night - Bardhas reaction was amazing, she refunded some of the money and wished us a pleasant journey. The reason we left was the missing heating, we visited in January and it was quite cold, despite the AC running for the whole night. Absolutely not Bardhas fault! And still she was super nice and helpful. Thank you so much and have a good time!
