My place is close to the city center. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Very spacious unit with all the amenities you would get if living in the city center. You can still get to most places in the city center by taxi, and the mall is just a 20 minute walk if you’re like me and like to get in some morning exercise. Mary Grace is awesome and the staff is quick to assist you with anything that you need and resolve any issues that may arise. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a secluded place with a little privacy with quick access to the city center.

Jeepney, tricycle and taxi can be accessed right outside the subdivision gate. Taxi requests is also available. Just approach our helpers or security guard for assistance. Our place is 5 to 10 minutes ride from Abreeza Ayala Mall, Redemptorist Church, Restaurants and 10 to 15 minutes from the downtown.
