WIFI - we have the fastest wifi with telephone to call locally. It is good for Netflix streaming, youtube and etc. However, if the provider has some issues with its Signal please don’t put it on the reviews against us it is unfair in our part as it is beyond my control. I can only give you the best Fast wifi but there are times that PLDT has some signal problems due to high demand, otherwise PLDT is the only lined and fastest wiFI we can offer in this condo building. 3pm Checkin time 11am Checkout time We allowed early checkin if there is NO Guests prior to your check in and we allowed late check out if there is NO guests after your check out with a fee of 300 pesos per hour. However, if there are guests prior or after, we follow strict check-in time and check out time. Please note that Northpoint Condo dont have a reception area. 什么都好，就一点公寓内手机没有信号一点都没有，进去要先连WIFI，我忘了连接WIFI，找我半天都找不到
The unit was great and comfy, just like what they indicated in the description and photos. Fast wifi, working shower heater, appliances and stuff. The compound is surrounded by pine trees so it gives you a nature vibe in the center of the city. The private parking area in the basement is quite tight though especially when it’s full, might be hard for SUVs, unless you’re already an expert (unlike me). Overall, it was a great stay.
Location was at the City Center but with a relaxing vibe. Affordable and convinient for those who have vehicle with the free parking on the same building.

Krishan Mark was a great host. Easy to communicate and gave us clear instructions about his place. We rented his place because it’s in the ground level, easy to access, clean and homey. Also it’s near to malls, restaurants and airport. We will stay in this place again.
