What a lovely location!
Joel as a host is very responsive and very helpful. Sometimes I forgot it's already late when I contacted him but still, Joel responds immediately. Should you need any assistance, he's always there to assist you with any concerns. As to the place, wwooooww the view from the balcony is really a perfect image for IG. The view looks like you're from abroad. If you love to just stay and chill, pick their place. I love the cozy feeling of the pillows as they are so many, soft and squeeshy. The mattresses are available, soft and decent towels are all provided for each guests. The place has water dispenser and water are provided for free. Amenities like the soap and shampoo, they are all provided for free. You don't need to bring yours and add some bulky items while having a vacation. Netflix is available and the TV is huge, perfect for a movie trip! But if you prefer to go out, pick their place as it is near to restos, malls, church and accessible too. Thank you Joel. Northpoint Condo has 5 buildings, sorrounded by pine trees. Almost you won't feel you are in the city. Fresh air, centrally located, walking distance to restaurants etc.
Every building has security guards 24/7. you can ask them to request a taxi as well.
Swimming pool is open Tuesday to Sunday. 8 am to 8pm.
