Like in a hotel, your family can relax at this centrally-located condo: -across a Ayala Mall (cinema, supermarket, department stores, cafes, Anytime Fitness Gym) -1 minute walk near city's main highway. -17th floor -2 actual Queen Size Beds (extra mattress available upon request, 2 days in advance) - DSL wifi -Kitchen -Washing machine -Self Check-in with Digital Lock - Pay parking Available. - Swim Pool Access (P150/person) (No Pool on Mondays) -Check-in: 2PM. - Check-out: 10:00AM. My place is a One-Bedroom Apartment. The bedroom has a Queen Size Bed. The Living Room also has a Queen Size Bed (instead of Sofa Bed which I think can be uncomfortable). The space feels like a two-bedrooms apartment. (extra mattress available but must be requested two days in advance)

Everything was great! Instructions for entry were clear and complete. The place has everything you need and the location was wonderful. Alfred was always quick to respond, too!
Highly recommended host! Alfred’s crib is clean from towels to bedsheets. We had so much fun staying in his place! ❤️❤️

We had a problem with the cooker and a new cooker was brought in within 90 minutes, with no quibbles , I was very impressed by how quickly Alfred responded and sorted the issue, very friendly and very helpful, I would strongly recommend Alfred and would definitely stay in his apartment again
