Cannot say enough about how great of a stay I had at Jecky and Joan’s place. Extremely clean, close to local establishments, safe, relaxing, and was just above and beyond your common Air B&B. If you’re in Davao, I HIGHLY recommend booking Jecky’s and Joan’s studio. You will NOT regret it 🤙🏽

The place is clean. The bed is soft. Reliable internet connection. Nice TV with decent sound quality. Nice bathroom with good water pressure and excellent water heater. Kitchen is well equipt with quality utensils and pans/pots. The two split-type aircons where excellent. 3 elevators. Never had to wait more than few seconds. Guards and reception are extremley friendly, helpful and welcoming. Excellent location. Sofa is comfortable to nap on, not so much for sitting. Dining table chairs are too high. Can't fit my upper legs underneath the table. The building still have an issue with small ants. But not as much as I expected. They did not bother me. Close to main road so expect some traffic noise. All in all great stay.

Great condo! Great Host! Loved our stay here. Loved the view from the bedroom. Would have stayed longer if we didn't need extra bedrooms for additional people.
