Dinah is very responsive. We booked lasti minute and even extended our stay but we didn't encounter any problem. She was also able to easily find us a parking. Her instructions were clear and easy to understand. The location is great and was very easy to find. Near the Roxas Market. The Unit is big and very spacious. The view was also great. There are also 2 bathrooms which is very convenient. They provided a lot of toilet paper, shampoo and hand soaps in each bathrooms. Towels are also provided in each rooms. The bed and pillows are nice. Kitchen utensils and stuff such as rice cooker, water heater kettle and microwave is available. All rooms are air-conditioned, both bedrooms and living rooms. TV has netflix and internet is available and was good. We had a nice and comfortable stay. Thank you!

Place is right at the heart of the city. It’s close to nearby malls. There’s also a 24hr convenience store nearby. Host is very accomodating and has a quick response in all of our questions. They were able to send their caretaker whenever we have concerns. The unit itself is spacious. Amenities are also complete and easy to use/navigate.

Dinah was very communicative and proactive before our arrival. Super friendly! If the review was solely based on that it would be 5 stars! My only dissatisfaction is how 'sterile' the place felt, not as cozy as it would seem in the pictures. There was this dirty sofa couch in the master bedroom and it just felt like the initial photos taken to list this property were a bit outdated. I personally feel like there could have been a little more love and care put into the place. Also, there were a few appliances missing so I was unable to make coffee. and even if I chose to, there was prices listed on the items so it seems there would be additional charges for things that I feel should be included in the price as part of a kind gesture - basic things like coffee/sugars. Amenities also are not usable on most days. I also didn't like that i was asked to not leave anything less than a 5star review. I'm honest with my reviews so this felt like added pressure. Overall still nice.
