We had our great stay with my whole family. I expected an aircon in the living area/kitchen but the rental fee is lower so it’s worth it though. We forgot and left some of personal stuffs and I highly commend the host and the caretaker when they immediately respond my message. Thank you Sir!

I thins is a great place to stay. I thought there was an issue with the shower but I think it was my fault and they did send someone immediately to check the problem out. if you want a centrally located condo unit with a beautiful pool and the unit is very clean then this is your place.

the host was always easy to get in touch with. the condo looked exactly like the pictures.Had everything needed in the kitchen including the towels for the shower. guaranteed you will love this condo and the location.

We recommend this unit, clean, nice beds, easy to locate & easy check-in. Host was responsive as well as the caretaker. Just to comment about the # of guest this unit can accommodate - 7 pax should be comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms & 2 guests is ok for each room then 1 guest can use the couch which also comfortable. We were 9 as booked so the 2 used the extra mattresses at the living room which a bit small but we managed to fit in by moving the table & chairs. Overall it was good, we will book again next time when in Davao. Thank you to the host & caretaker.
