This home is situated in an incredibly beautiful area. The views from the windows are stunning and the area is very peaceful. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Taos but near enough to enjoy restaurants and shops and outdoor activities. Our kids loved the indoor pool, hot tub, and nature sightings on the property.

Nice place with a modern New Mexican vibe. Great location with close proximity to Taos Ski Valley. Lots of items for cooking!

BEWARE, house has several safety, security, bad maintenance, door lock issues, broken toilets, dishwasher doesn’t clean well, bare min supplies, no soap, 1 garbage bag, lightbulbs out, crazy checkout rules- plan 3-4 hrs of washing/drying sheets and towels, taking out garbage, cleaning dishes, FP. Host is not on premises and has nice caretaker to try and fix everything. Lights fixed but no other comm after day 1. We texted asking for help each day. 4 of us were woken up multiple times each night by screaming toilet sounds like an alarm. Had to buy basic supplies. I fell on the tile steps at 3am trying to fix the toilet alarm and hurt my knee and ankle. When I calmly informed Host of these issues she was defensive, retaliatory, lied, (tho we had documented pics/texts to Airbnb) and could care less that I was hurt. I asked for partial refund and she said I was trying to extort money from her. Airbnb had evidence, took care of us. Beautiful house and area, sad for its condition and Host.

my family very much enjoyed our stay! location is close enough to town but private. the caretaker of the property is incredibly sweet! We went during football season, not all the TVs in the bedrooms worked & that was a little off-putting. The main television is small so football weekend left much to be desired, but it was alright. The appliances are aged. The coffee maker & microwave function but aren't updated. The beds are comfortable & the house is warm. The water pressure is wonky throughout. Honestly, we were really pleased with our stay. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the patio off the kitchen. it really isn't suited to have a meal outside - the pictures make it seem as if it is. There are also large groundhog holes on the property in the backyard, so the kids either have to play in the front or go to the clubhouse. The window views are very pretty. The home is very comfortable & accessible. It was perfect for my family of 5! We will definitely return!
