Very pretty, rustic, woodsy place but full of modern conveniences and amenities. Easy ride to Belleayre. Loved a closeby steakhouse that was top-notch. We did not cook/eat in the home, but if we had wanted to, there was everything we would have needed. The place was warm and comfortable, and the loft area was lovely.

Miles’s place was perfect for our family’s ski trip. My wife and I really liked the construction and layout of the house. He was very responsive to any and all questions we had. I would definitely recommend his place.

We are returning guests to Tree Tops Post & Beam. The post and beam architecture of the home is lovely, and the windows in the loft provide beautiful views and natural light. Kitchen is clean and adequately equipped to cook in. The Wi-Fi service was very reliable during our stay. We do not get cell phone service at the property but there is a landline if needed. The location is within easy driving distance to Belleayre, Rochester Hollow, Slide Mountain and Giant Ledge for hiking.

This was my second visit to Miles's place and it was as great as I remembered! The house is super comfortable and clean, the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and every window has a great view of trees & mountains (the upstairs loft area is especially nice). The location is fantastic as well; really secluded but a short drive to restaurants, etc. It gets really dark and the night sky is beautiful - we even saw some shooting stars. Miles provided lots of helpful instructions, and had someone de-ice the driveway before we arrived (much appreciated since my car only has front wheel drive). Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this spot. So beautiful. This was my third Thanksgiving here and I find the place peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend for those looking for some serenity.
