This home is a treasure! It’s peaceful and beautiful and very well located. Even with the windows closed, you can hear the stream. We were so sad to leave it and plan to come back. This airbnb is run by a company with many properties and the professionalism and attention to detail shows. They were very responsive, even helpful in us locating the first aid kit for a minor cut. The home is thoughtfully designed and stocked with quality appliances, linens, etc. The home isn’t very private but the roads around the house are dead ends and very infrequently traveled so though it’s right on the road, it didn’t feel like we were on display. The hallway bathroom, however, has a window in the shower that isn’t frosted so viewable in from the street. The photos exclude a photo of the front of the house which is not nearly as inviting as the inside and back, so we had some surprise pulling up but then once in, everything exceeded our expectations.

We had an a wonderful stay at summer’s place. The house was beautifully appointed & we loved the open concept kitchen, gorgeous view from each room and cozy fireplace. Host was super responsive whenever we needed anything & we loved our time in Phoenicia. We would definitely visit again. The creek & outdoor area is just stunning.

My girlfriend and I loved our stay here! Such a cozy retreat and had every amenity we could need. We loved relaxing by the fire and hanging out by the river (right outside the house!). The house was clean and had everything we could have needed.

Had a great time at this space it is a beautiful home near a creek with a lot of lighting. The hosts were responsive and helped with our needs and the house was very clean all around. Will definitely plan another stay.

Beautiful place right by a stream. Lots of light, spotless, modern but quaint, well-stocked. Responsive and accommodating host. All in all, fantastic
