This is a nice house in a quiet location. Enough room for our family of 6. Myself, my husband, daughter, son in law and 2 young children. Unfortunately it was badly let down by poor levels of cleanliness, particularly in the kitchen and utility room. 1 of the 3 double beds was so uncomfortable because it sagged in the middle. The bedding was very old and worn. The kettle was leaking and no lock on the bathroom door. It took 3 days to reach the owner by phone as they had switched it off. They just left a key under the mat and left us to our own devices. No information in the house at all and had to speak to someone in air b&b in the USA to get them to message the owner to switch the phone on. I made one call to them and they switched it off again. I paid £1632.00 for a 7 night stay and expected to enjoy my holiday without all the stress these problems caused. I took photos and sent them to the owner but they were ignored. Never again!

Great location at the Southern end of the Island and the view of the Shore Road out the back is beautiful. You'll need transport to get to the shops in Port Erin though. Property could have been cleaner but the host was very attentive to our needs - lack of bath and the position of the 3rd bedroom caused our young family a few problems

Thanks Noe and Joyce!! The friendly and attentive guide to your stay was great. We enjoyed it well. It was easy to ride on a motorcycle to the TT-race and Douglas.
