We had a great time at James and Debbie's house. The area was great and was very private but not too far from town for groceries, etc. Everything was very clean and we had no trouble getting into the house. When we first arrived, the fire pit was inside for the winter but James was happy to come by and get it out for us which we appreciated very much. Overall it was a very nice place and everything that we needed was there, with plenty of instructions for the house and recommendations for the area. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Such an idyllic place. It's beyond what the pictures and descriptions can capture. Most well-stocked Airbnb we've stayed in. There really is everything you need. We were so comfortable, the fireplace was perfection. We had a blast and hope to return again and again. The hosts checked in on us and made sure we arrived safely. They offered us late check-out which was so wonderful. Best experience! Thank you Debbie and James!

We enjoyed the River House very much. Comfortable in all the important ways. I loved that Cannon Mountain was only 10 minutes away!

The River House is a fabulous place. Quiet, peaceful & yet convenient to anything you might like to do. It has all the amenities you need for a great stay. Debbie and Jim are great hosts anticipating all your needs and are always just a message away. Response is always amazingly quick. This is the second time we’ve stayed at The River House and we’ll be looking forward to the next time we can visit. If you’re looking for a place in the Franconia area right down the road from Cannon Mountain, look no further!
