It’s unfortunate but I cannot recommend this place to anyone. First of all, the cottage itself needs maintenance and upgrades, a lot of it. When I arrived the sheets were old and stained, not sure when they were last washed but clearly they should have been replaced some time ago. Next thing to know is that although the house is next to the beach, the beach is barely visible from the fence and vegetation. This was done to get some privacy because the beach is extremely crowded, with trucks and trailers and boaters all making their way right there. The neighbors also had their driveway next to us and they did various activities, so this is absolutely not a “blissful and peaceful” experience, def not in July. Also, there is no grass in the courtyard like in the photos, rather there is sand and thorns, and also there is no convenient way to wash the feet before stepping on the terrace, so sand will make its way everywhere including the beds.

Excellent house, perfect experienceby the sea. The house is right in front of the beach ! Perfect location and very calm!

The house is situated in an amazing area right in front of the beach. The hosts gave us excellent service and support. I highly recommend Sofi and Sia to all tenants and I will definitely follow them at their houses. Perfect location, perfect hosts.
