The location is quiet and safe. It is a short walk to pretty much any needed amenities. Bojan is very responsive. We would stay here again.

We were lucky to have found this place, and Bojan as a host. We started off as short term and extended to long-term renters and felt extremely at home here. The place is comfortable, and we had a lovely backyard for our fur babies. Shopping was a short walk away, and there is easy access to local transport (bus or train). Very convenient. The house was prestine, and the beds were very comfortable. Bojan has been a gracious, friendly, and uber responsive host. We would have loved to stay. The neighbours on either side are nice too! You can't go wrong renting here. Thank you, Bojan!

Myself and two family members were looking for a house to stay in so that each of us could have a bedroom, since our stay was going to be for a period of about 3 months. We found this one, and it well suited our needs. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed, but they were handled swiftly and courteously. I believe that we were the first guests, so naturally there were a things that needed to be dealt with. But they were, and so the next family, or friends that stay there should have a relaxing and worry-free visit. The yard isn’t completely fenced so keep an eye on your young ones, or furry friend. Lots of shopping nearby, including Walmart, Shopper’s , Safeway, and Superstore, with a mall that’s 5 minutes away.
