15 min to downtown 19 mins to Calgary airport 9 mins to east hills shopping 5 mins to Stoney trail (Calgary's ring road) Our town home offers a wide variety of coffees, teas and juices, we also have select breakfast items offered for a quick and easy breakfast (milk NOT provided unless requested) Newly renovated home with 3 bedrooms, bedrooms are all private spaces with one bed in each room and a pull out couch in the living room. There is 1 full bath located on the upper floor and a half bathroom located on the main floor. Be advised there is only 3 TVs located in the home, one in the main living room, one in the king room and one in the first bedroom. There is one queen room without a T.V. Please note all T.Vs are smart T.Vs and you will have to use your own streaming accounts. If this is an issues please reach out we would be happy to help.

My classmate and I stayed at Courtenay’s place for our last week of final exams prior to graduation and upon checking in we were greeted with a bottle of wine to enjoy and a basket of snacks! We always had parking outside, the kitchen was stocked appropriately with spices and cooking utensils Would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Calgary for work or leisure! Our stay at Courtenay's place was great! Communications were super smooth, fast and friendly and the place was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. She also went above and beyond providing snacks, accommodating our schedule and even hanging a birthday banner for one of us. Would stay here again and recommend for sure!

Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood across from a play ground. Less than 20 Min from downtown Calgary. Close to shopping, east hills Costco, Walmart and more. You will find your self about an hour away from Banff National Park.
We offer free parking in the rear of the house or street parking out front
