Everything was great about this place. Our unit had ocean view and close to the property’s stairs leading down to the beach. The beach is rocky, if you want to be on sand you’d have to walk a bit for it. The pools and jacuzzi were clean, but the weather was too cold for us to even get in☹️ the security at the entrance gate was super friendly and easy to check in with. They answered any questions we had about locations we wanted to visit. They remembered us and gave us no issues when we re-entered the property. There were a few restaurants nearby, Tacos Baja Jr had delicious shrimp tacos. For us personally, the downside of this location is being a 20 minute walk from Papas & Beer, but we ended up using Uber to catch rides. On the topic of Uber, we had a group of 6, we were never able to find a XL Uber, we had to keep ordering 2 cars. I wasn’t a big fan of Rosarito itself (Cancun is my #1) but if I ever visit again, I would definitely consider booking this ABB again. Thanks Lucio!

Excellent stay! Place had everything we needed and was well kept. Hot water and showers worked well, however, keep in mind, there is no air conditioning. But the weather was in the 70s so it wasn’t necessary and the fans they provided were more than enough. Aside from the master bedroom, the other 2 rooms were super tiny, but the beds were big and comfortable. Also, they had excellent security outside the gated community. All in all, I would stay again, just not for the price I paid, I thought it was a little too expensive, but considering we were there during the Baja fest I’m sure that’s why the price was high.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The area was private and secure with 24 hour security and it was peaceful with the beach being walking distance. It was about a 4 minute drive from downtown Rosarito. Lucio was great and responsive. Will definitely be staying here again next time I go to Rosarito!
