Our family of six from 31 to 88 years old enjoyed our stay indeed. The house is well equipped with many small additional items such as food supplies, water, coffee, toiletries etc provided by our gracious host, Salvo. We enjoyed afternoons on the terraces watching people walk their dogs whilst we sipped a glass of wine. The bells are noisy, so bring silicone earplugs and you won't notice them👍 if I had to change anything it would probably be the pillows 😉 Our favorite places to eat locally were Da nonna Rosa (the carbonara is the best ever). Le Caravelle for evening granite and cakes, especially the rum babas. There is a hidden garen called Radicepura near by for horticultural lovers. Villa Casalle was simply amazing, having the best roman mosaics in the world. It took just under 2 hours to drive there but was worth it. I thoroughly recommend the house as a great place to stay for those looking to drive in many directions in this corner of Sicily. Excellent value for money!

We were group of 5 and this place was perfect for us. 2 beautiful terraces where to enjoy sunrise and view to Etna. Place had everything we needed. Location of the house near multiple restaurants, supermarket, each morning we went for fresh bread near our house, cup of coffee and fresh orange juice. Location wise I highly recommend it :) Salvo was always there to support and he made our stay even more pleasant by organizing local Tiramisu cake on our arrival day ( we ordered it ). So I suggest read his travel guide with tips and suggestions. Would definitely stay again.

Great location as a point to get to restaurants and shops. The town center is just 5-6 min walking distance, so the fish markets and grocery's stores. The main train station is about 15-18 min of walking away, so it's easy to travel around. Very spacious place, with all the things we needed. We where cooking also a lot and the kitchen was very well equipped. Very nice and spacious terraces with view at the marina. The host Salvo, was very friendly and responding immediately to our messages.

4 of us stayed here though there is enough beds for 9. It was better than expected! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable. Bring your ear plugs though as the bedrooms not near the seaside are close to the bell tower. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere in Riposto, and it was about a half hour drive to everything we wanted to see. In March the weather was perfect, almost summer for me- but I’m from Minnesota. Sicilians were all in their puffy jackets. It was fun watching the activity in the boat yard across the street and engaging with the guys selling oranges, vegetables and fish. Stay here! You won’t be disappointed.
