Avril’s beautiful place is a separate outbuilding on their land with a dedicated entrance and parking area adding to the privacy. The views of the hills from the back patio seating area are incredible and there has clearly been a lot of thought into making the experience enjoyable for guests. The whole place was incredibly clean, the kitchen the best stocked of any airbnb I’ve stayed at, bathroom modern and fresh and wonderful thick cotton linen in the bedroom. We took a drive to Seven Sisters and watched the sun go down from the beach which was a magical way to end the day - definitely worth a visit! Thank you for the lovely stay! Highly recommend!

We've stayed here before a couple of years ago and it was great to come back. beautiful quiet area, massive blossom trees and clear night skies. lovely to hear the birds singing in the morning. the place is spotless and milk, butter, bread and preserves were provided. we were also able to cook a meal as utensils, crockery, cooking ware and salt/pepper/oil etc were provided. very convenient also for getting to Eastbourne, Brighton and Lewes. thank you for a lovely stay!
