This cabin is amazing and was very spacious for me and my partner. The surrounding area is also beautiful and Clare was a fantastic host. Will be coming back here for sure!

We had a wonderful week in Caburn Cottage. Clare and Bruce are great hosts! The spacious cabin has it all: a warm interior, a comfortable bed, and magnificent views. East Sussex is a paradise for walkers. There’s a magnificent walk straight from the cabin to Firle Beacon and Charleston House. The Ram Inn within walking distance is a bonus. We highly recommend Caburn Cabin!

I work away a lot and i like to stay in different places this was absolutely one of the best I've ever stayed in, my wife and our dog Harley came and stayed and we all loved it, 100% i would come back and stay Clare and Bruce were great hosts although we didn't see them they stayed in contact. If you are looking for somewhere in east sussex don't hesitate and book it.

The cabin was beautiful, very aesthetically furnished with lots of thoughtful details considered. The cabin had everything we needed, and was in a perfect location for walking in Sussex. This was an ideal location for a weekend getaway from London and we would definitely return. Clare and Bruce were excellent hosts, providing all information in advance and making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Caburn Cabin is the kind of place you want to keep to yourself and share simultaneously due to its blend of cosiness, space and warmth. The space is so well designed, with a beautiful mezzanine level for the bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen and relaxing spaces at a kitchen table and lounge. Everything has been really carefully curated, with lovely details such as shelves full of crockery, books, games and a powerful walk in shower.  We braced ourselves for April showers but felt content knowing we had somewhere so homely to spend time in when we wanted to. It was the perfect location for our anniversary, being able to walk on the South Downs Way and to Charleston. The local pub The Ram also echoed the warmth we experienced during our time, with excellent food and a cosy interior.  I am so pleased to have stumbled across this oasis of calm and thank you to Clare, Bruce and Lola for being so welcoming. We will definitely be back.
