Great location, close to many things to do. The fenced in yard was the highlight of this place for our little pup to run freely and worry free.

This home is a really nice budget rental. It was a bit farther from downtown Delray than we thought, but it was a nice walk to Pineapple Grove. The king master bed is a bit rough and noisy but everything else was just fine. We were happy to use the great beach gear and laundry room and we really liked the open concept of the kitchen/living room. Overall, we would stay here again !

Thanks! Clean place and plenty of space for a family. I was traveling alone for business and needed to be in town often - walking to downtown Delray was an easy 15 minutes. Much appreciated this location

We loved our four-week stay in Greg's place! The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home, including beach chairs and umbrella. The backyard was big and pleasant to sit out in, and the wraparound fencing was perfect for allowing our two beagles to explore. The neighborhood was quiet and the proximity to downtown was super. It was an easy walk to Atlantic Ave and Pineapple Grove. A great putt putt course, a pinball museum/arcade, and Bedner's farm market were also a short walk away. The beach was a 30 minute walk or short drive away. The tennis center was right down the street (we attended the Delray Open while there). There were nearby nature centers (Wakodahatchee, Green Cay, Loxahatchee all highly recommended) and lovely parks nearby (recommend Lake Ida Park and dog park, Caloosa Park, and Cornell Park). Greg was a terrific host and very responsive to any questions we had.
