This is our 2nd time staying at Maryann's beautiful home. Everyone had an amazing time! We had great weather! The house is clean, has great amenities, is fun just to hang out around the pool and close to just about everything. We will definitely be back!! Thank you again! Nitz Family March/April 2022

Overall fantastic house. Large, many bedrooms, bathrooms and amenities. Perfect view over the water with a pool and hot tub to enjoy all the scenery.

What a lovely property and amazing views!! We had a wonderful family get together for Thanksgiving week. There were 11 of us and the house had plenty of space for everyone to be together in the living area and kitchen, out on the patio or at the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals and really nice to have 2 refrigerators for extra stuff. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. Everyone enjoyed watching the dolphins from the patio in the morning! We loved that it was in a nice quiet neighborhood, but close enough to nearby attractions on Sanibel island and Fort Myers Beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

The outdoor spaces, pool, hot tub, and balconies cannot be beat!! The home was sparking clean and extremely spacious. The kitchen was is well-equipped for cooking and spending time with loved ones. Rent a boat for an extra-fun experience. :)
