Place was amazing we had a large group and everyone had a comfortable place to stay. The location was perfect because we didn't feel like we had to worry about neighbors yet we were only a short drive from Ithaca or and the wine trail. The yard was beautiful and the bunk house was such a fun addition. Loved the place and would recommend!

This house was awesome. We went in April, so there was no pool open but we were able to enjoy the grill and all other amenities. Note that the 8 single beds are 4 trundle beds in the attic of the guest house. The sofa queen and single bed are in the living room of the guest house. Albert was responsive to texts and phone calls and the house is gorgeous.

Beautiful home on beautiful property. Perfect for a group or family gathering to take in the surroundings. Our group enjoyed winery tours locally and had a private chef come to make dinner for us in the main house. While we were here in the winter, I’d absolutely love to come back and spend more time outdoors and in the gorgeous pool!

Incredible house!! We enjoyed our stay very much and this house has everything you need to feel right at home and have a great trip. We’ve been coming to this house for 3 years and the attention to detail, communication, and quality of the house will keep us coming back! If you’re looking for a remote house that will be the setting of great memories, this is the house for you.

Had a blast here for my sisters bachelorette! Enough beds/bathrooms to accommodate our large party and the pool plus the quiet countryside with all the amazing local wineries is just what we were looking for!
