Jyl is an outstanding host who did everything they could to make us comfortable. From the easy check in to letting us stay until our flight boarded they made us feel comfortable and really listened to our needs and requests. The location was PERFECT to explore Ithaca.

Jyl’s house was great location to downtown Ithaca, but still in a quiet neighborhood. She thought about all possible items guests would ever need and provided them! Extremely thoughtful! My family was comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jyl’s including the wonderful pastries she provided when we arrived😋

We really enjoyed our recent stay at The Manor. The house was fully stocked and conveniently located. We particularly like the outside patio. Check in and check out were easy. Jyl was a great host - very responsive and easy to work with!!!

This house is as advertised. It is extremely big and walking distance to everything downtown. We slept 11 adult men here without a problem and didn’t need a car at all to visit shops, bars, and restaurants. Literally 2 blocks from everything. Also there is a wegmans close by which is great to stock the fridge! Jyl is extremely accommodating and has amazing communication. She was available 24/7 for anything we needed. The house itself is older, but has a ton of character. Everything down town was older and historic homes. Also, although there is no central air Jyl had window units everywhere. It was in 90s every day we were there and the house was extremely comfortable and air conditioned everywhere. Also Jyl has a book that answers almost any question you have about the house or remotes and everything throughout the house is labeled. She provided plenty of bedding and towels as well. Overall large house, great experience, and you couldn’t find a more accommodating and easy to work with host!
