This place was beautiful yes but what stood out the most was the host! She was very helpful. Every time I texted her, she would reply back within minutes! Accommodations were beyond met. We told her at the last minute we had an extra guest coming and she was perfectly fine with it. She even changed all the activities we had reserved to fit the number of guest we ended up having. The 24 hour security was VERY helpful and made us feel safe. Every time we needed a taxi, they would call one right away and have them waiting on us. I would definitely return back to this place. It was a 10/10!

Paradise in Tulum. Totally private, wonderful spaces/atmosphere, and great location! As beautiful as the pictures show. Convenient parking great 24 hour security staff, and very responsive hosts! Plenty of neighborhood restaurants in close proximity, and Central Tulum a short walk away. With close by ATV, scooter, and bike rentals, made our first trip to Tulum most enjoyable! A special thanks to Yesica/Nicola and Christiane for answering all of our questions!

Christiane’s place was wonderful, and the property manager Yesica was incredibly helpful! The villa was perfectly situated in the town of Tulum and was walking distance from the main strip as well as the area of La Veleta, which had some great bars and restaurants. If you want to go to the beach it is a 20 minute taxi, so not too far. The villa itself was beautiful and very well appointed. Recommend booking if you are visiting Tulum!

Christiane and her property managers were overall great and very helpful with any assistance me and my girlfriends needed. The place is really lovely. Great location, 20 minute walk from main street in town but plenty of coffee spots/restaurants within 5 to 10 mins. We spent a lot of time in the backyard and felt complete privacy. Would stay here again :)

Our group of 4 girls, visiting Tulum for a bday trip, loved our week at Christiane’s place. Her property manager Yessica was extremely responsive and accommodating for all of our requests, from check-in to airport transportation to gorgeous birthday decorations. The place was just as pictured, well appointed with all necessities and clean. The only room for improvement that I noticed was the linens in the detached bedroom by the pool, which had some stains. The AC throughout the house worked beautifully. The location was quiet and walkable, but we didn’t realize how walkable it was unfortunately until the second to last night when we decided to walk the direction opposite of the main road and found great restaurants Pizzine and the Veleta Market which was like an outdoor food hall. Overall amazing experience, would highly recommend, and I hope to be back soon.
