Lovely flat, like the turret on the roof very much. Very responsive host. The only thing you have to consider is that the narrow stairs going up to the flat. It could be a challenge if you have big luggage to carry with you. Other than that, everything worked perfectly. My wife and myself enjoyed the 4 days stay in Ruth's flat. It was close to the overground train station Sydenham and easy to get to all attractions in London. I would recommend this place.

Ruth's flat was cosy and had all we needed for a month's stay. It was easy to find and very close to public transit, groceries, corner shops. restaurants, parks, and many more. Please be aware that her flat does not have a lift and is on the top floor, so if you have a heavy luggage like I did, you'll get your exercise out of it! Staying there felt like home. The turret was a great place to work and to have a view of the surroundings. Ruth responded quickly to any questions I had, her instructions were clear and she had great recommendations for the area. She shows care and concern, which is very valuable especially when you're staying somewhere new to you. I had an overall great experience and recommend this flat to anyone looking for a cosy place to crash while visiting London.

The flat was very comfortable and suited our purpose very well. Ruth was always responsive to questions that we had and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend Ruth as a host and I look forward to returning in the very near future.

The flat was very comfortable and welcoming. It's a 5 minute walk to our daughter's flat. We'll definitely stay here again.

This apartment is really lovely - spacious, quiet, and well-designed. The turret is so unique and enjoyable even in the winter! This place is perfect if you want a peaceful retreat but also want to enjoy the city, as the overground and buses are right down the street. Highly recommend Ruth’s place!
