Довольно неплохой дом, но с достаточно уставшим ремонтом. На фото выглядит лучше, чем в жизни. В ванной местами есть плесень, везде очень тусклый свет, старая бытовая техника, но рабочая. В одной из спален очень скрипучая кровать, вдвоём там спать невозможно. Бассейн находится в тени от соседнего дома, так что вода достаточно прохладная. Постельное белье местами с неотстиранными пятнами. Это все оправдывает не слишком высокая цена.

Villa ilia is about 15 minutes up a scenic tortuous road in the town or Roussospiti. This is 75minute drive from Heraklion airport. The views are incredible. The villa comfortably sleeps 8. It’s well equipped and all ensuite. Some Bathrooms are slightly dated eg 2 Shower over baths but for excellent value for money. The WiFi is free but slow, we preferred our U.K. SIM card allowances as faster. The pool in October was freezing as shaded most of the day but the local beaches had water warmer than we ever get in U.K. and we swam several times with kids for half to one hour without any chills. The water is crystal Clear. Rethymno is the 2nd city after Heraklion. The old town offer a good few days of side streets to explore and some high quality restaurants. Sit and enjoy the atmosphere and pace of Life . The roads are slow rarely over 80kmh and often down to 60 or 50 kmh and lots of speed cameras. You can Easily spend hours driving to This beach or that ancient site so Be prepared for lots of commute. Last week of October sees lots of taverna’s closing and even some big hotels close down after half term. Easy jet stop Flying from 7/11/19 so not easy to get too. However the friendly places the scenery and places of interests plus decent weather and deserts beaches can make a good value week away. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Nice home well situated. We enjoy our stay. We were 2 families and the house is big enough for all of us (8 persons).

Large and well-planned house with beautiful views and many nice seating areas both outdoors and indoors. Pool felt very clean and well maintained. The village is cozy and is located at a reasonable distance to larger cities and beaches. We experienced the beds as hard but it is perhaps a matter of taste. We warmly recommend this accommodation!

Prachtig huis met mooie slaapkamers en badkamers. Heerlijk zwembad met mooie tuin en fantastisch uitzicht. Huis wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt en met voldoende handdoeken, zelfs voor het zwembad. Alles heerlijk geurend, vooral het beddengoed. Het contact met Maria was erg hartelijk.
