We always pick Peter's place to stay if available, I want to say it is our 5th time. Our daughter goes to Clemson, and we live in FL. so picking the right spot close to campus is always a challenge when you are not familiar with the surroundings. Peter's place is perfect, only about 5-7 minutes away from campus and 13 to our daughter's apartment complex, The Pier. I highly recommend his place, as it is clean, comfortable and way more comfortable than a hotel. The icing on the cake is the homemade cookies that are left each and every time.

We have stayed at Peter and Lorraine’s cottage three times now. It’s always, clean comfortable and peaceful. They are so friendly and the cottage is located in the perfect spot with easy access to Clemson game day. We will be back!

The cottage was perfect! Immaculately clean, spacious, and well stocked! It's only a few miles from Clemson in a beautiful neighborhood with ample parking. Looking forward to staying here again!

We are out of state parents and our daughter attends Clemson University and we have stayed at Peter’s place multiple times., 5 to be exact. His cottage is always comfortable and a perfect location from Clemson. He and Lorraine are always welcoming and make our stay just perfect. If you are looking for an economical, comfortable, clean and safe place Peter’s place will meet your needs. My husband especially appreciates the recliner and tv after a long day of tailgating and a football game. 😊😊
