Claudia was great to deal with. Her home was exactly as promised. It is in a great location. It's was easy to walk to the Haupbahnhof and get all around the city. I highly recommend her home and would stay there again.

After traveling a lot around Europe and using Airbnb, this is the first time a host asks me for extra money a week after our stay, claiming electricity costs not disclosed initially, even though we left everything as we found it when we arrived. It is evident that the host did not go to check the conditions in which we left the apartment, as it is usually done when a guest leaves the apartment. Additionally, the house felt less like a service, with occupied fridge/freezer, a full external waste basket, and no available closet space in bedrooms. Despite a great location and a nice house, the unexpected financial request left a bitter experience.

It was a pleasure to be able to stay at Claudia's house. Despite being situated within walking distance of the main station the house is quiet and offers an oasis of relaxation within busy Berlin. It features all the usual amenities and is actually bigger than you would expect judging from the photos. We had a lovely time and will hopefully be back in the future.
