Due to communication issues and the host being in Texas and missing the instant-booking (we booked it the night before), we were not able to enter the unit and had to find a motel in Blanding. Geoffrey refunded our money and apologized for the problem. We recommend that if you are considering booking the hogan, that you avoid instant-booking and ensure you have communication with Geoffrey first to verify availability.

Geoffrey is a very nice guy and was a pleasure to meet him. He was very attentive in giving us insights of Navajo culture. He went extra to make ourselves comfortable. The Hagon is an unique experience that everybody should experience. I strongly recommend.

We had a great time in the hogan, far from civilisation, a close to the nature. Unusual but enjoyable.

If you're reading this now, you must book at this Hogan to stay at whilst on a road trip. It was u like any traveling experience my husband and I have ever had. The area had so much history and culture, you could just feel it in the air. Geoff was the nicest dude and for us all settled. Ventilation was good although we came on a hot day. I can't believe we payed so little for such an awesome experience. It's quite the adventure to stay here, and we loved every minute of it.
