We had such a wonderful stay at Maria's D'Terraces property! It was beautifully-designed and fully-equipped with everything (and more) we would ever need for our stay. The location was perfect as it was a block from the beach and walking distance to all of the best restaurants, bars and stores. The rooftop pool was absolutely breathtaking with a 360-view of the beach and city. We especially appreciated the great security team who kept us safe and were extremely friendly. Initially, when first arriving into town our driver got lost as D'Terraces is a fairly newer property so not all of the local transportation companies are updated on its location. However, we regularly would walk down to the Hotel Tropicana (which is right next door at the end of the cul de sac) and grab our Ubers and taxis there. It was easy once we understood the lay of the land and the condo's location. We absolutely loved our stay in Puerto Vallarta and would stay at Maria's property again in a heartbeat!

This was our second time staying at D'Terrace. The condo has a nice view to the north being able to see both ocean and other areas. Perfect walking distance to all the places we LOVE to eat and visit. Wish there were a few more towels in the bathrooms. We ran in to a time when a plunger for the toilet was needed, which we had to call around for as none was in the unit. Will definitely recommend and even look to return.

Overall excellent location and beautiful apartment. Had everything we needed. Everything worked beautifully and view from the rooftop is gorgeous.

We had a great time, the place was an absolute gem, water view, just in the heart of the city, friendly staff, Aurelia was just a doll, it was a pleasure having her as a host. Her Communication skills and responsiveness were above and beyond my expectations . I will definitely be coming back. The Cleaning lady was just be beyond perfection.
