Annie Roe's place was very cute, cosy and walking distance to the Olinda shops. I highly recommend this place.

Cute and cosy cottage. Very clean, bed very comfortable with luxurious linen. Breakfast was a nice touch. Loved relaxing out on the deck in the morning and listening to the birds and local wildlife. Highly recommended. Thanks again :)

Annie Roe’s is a lovely spot. I was in the Garden Room which is quite small but has everything you need. A lovely assortment was provided for breakfast, the shower was nice and hot, and the bed was comfortable. There is a lovely little deck which opens out from the room and the view is lovely.

We loved our stay in the Garden Cottage. It was exactly as described and the reality is even better than the pictures. Presentation of the cottage is so lovely with lots of personal touches. Anne had great communication, checkin was made simple and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. It is ideally situated in Olinda within walking distance from all the local amenities and a easy drive from Melbourne CBD. I will definitely be recommending to my friends. Thank you so much!
