This house is perfect for a large group. The original house is historic and has such charm. There is a huge yard for dogs and a great hot tub. Just a short walk to trails and the bus to go to Harper’s Ferry. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is great and everything in the description is spot on. I'm not sure why people felt the need in other reviews to talk about creaking floors or part of the house being old. They did a great job when they renovated this house. The newer additions have plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms. We loved the feel and history of the older part of the house and the dining area is great. The hot tub was a nice amenity that we used both days that we were there. I brought my dog and the backyard was perfect for him. We didn't get to check out the KOA amenities but will the next time we stay here. It's close to Charlestown and Harpers Ferry. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and we loved the mix of old and new. The layout worked well for us because the younger kids could sleep while other things were still going on in the house. The only unexpected thing was that one of the twin bedrooms does not have a door.
