I absolutely recommend renting this place. For some reason the gps takes you to another location and I got lost for about 40 mins but I contacted Hector who responded to me right away and sent me the exact location. The check in was very simple. The people that lives next door are very helpful and nice. The house is GORGEOUS with amazing views into the bay. The roads are not paved so if it’s raining then I would suggest not to drive a car. The place is perfect for a family gathering. I celebrated my grandmas 80th birthday and we had a blast. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Hector was a fantastic host. There was an on site housekeeper, who lived in an outdoor attachment to the house and was available 24/7 for any questions or needs. He maintained our privacy at all times. Fantastic views, clean home/furniture/pool, gated community entrance with security guards at all hours, and quiet neighborhood. Would come back to San Juan, just for this booking again. 10/10 would recommend.

the place was great but didn't like that people is living next door, when we arrived the house was not ready and they didn't know about our arrival, they charge extra for electricity, I found crazy because most of the places have everything included.
