We had an amazing 5 days at Ricardo’s beautiful house on the beach! The house was perfect for 2 families. Couldn’t ask for a better location! We will be back!

This property is without a doubt one of the best in SJDS. The house itself is modern, clean and very comfortable. AC works great, beds are comfortable and the pool and outside area is absolutely beautiful. You are steps from the beach, which is fine white sand, quiet, clean, and generally calm and easily swimmable. This is not a surf-beach or a tourist hotspot. The beach is a beautiful walk, the ocean and pool are always available, and there are hiking trails nearby. Fishermen pull their boats on shore in the early evening and are willing to sell their catch which can go directly on BBQ! Melvin, the caretaker and his family live on the property and are always available if you need anything or have any questions. This is a huge benefit for flexibility when it comes to checking in and out. They also clean the property daily and tend to it with love that shows. Ricardo, the host is also fantastic and VERY responsive. We will be back for sure.
