It is located in a fantastic and safe private urbanization area & is always taken care of by a caretaker who lives in a separate house from the main house but inside the gated property. Distance to the beach is 700 meters (2,100 ft) and is 5 - 7 minutes walking and distance to town can be 12 - 15 minutes, depending on your pace. By car to town can be 8 minutes. For safety reasons, since in Nicaragua is LPG the fuel for cooking, we have disabled the oven in the kitchen. But we offer you a grill where you can prepare anything you need!
