Unbelievable Ocean View Home with Resort Amenities, Perfectly Located! We had the pleasure of staying in this stunning home, just a block away from town and four blocks from the beach. The ocean views from the property are truly unbelievable! Every morning, we were greeted with breathtaking panoramas that made each day special. The home is located in a private, safe and quiet gated community which offers resort-like amenities including a full time concierge, a club house, snack bar and swimming pool, outdoor gym, co-working space and even chef and massage services, that added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The proximity to both the town and beach was incredibly convenient, allowing us easy access to local shops, restaurants, and seaside activities without needing to drive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious escape with exceptional views and prime location!

Being that this was my 3rd time in San Juan del Sur and the fact that this villa had no previous reviews, I feel obliged to share our experience with my fellow Airbnb travelers.. I can honestly say that these accommodations made this past trip to Nicaragua my best yet. The villa and the entire property in general are brand new, clean and beautifully designed. The feeling we got sleeping here was that of staying at a luxury boutique resort as opposed to some stranger's lived-in house. It is ideally situated overlooking the town, right off the main road entering the town. There was no need for us to rent a car or take taxis; the town is small and very walkable. There are many houses/villas on Airbnb that I researched claiming to be in San Juan del Sur but are actually quite a distance to the town and would require either a car or strenuous mountain hike. This property is perfectly situated within the town yet set back enough to give you serenity and peace (don't worry, we were still able to hear the roosters and occasional howler monkey!) and high enough to provide the epic views. The property is a quiet oasis but remarkably close to everywhere you will need to go to in the town (main supermarket in town is around the corner). We also took advantage of the beautiful pool area and infinity pool overlooking the ocean. In my humble opinion, it is worth resisting the impulsive urge to stay somewhere directly on the beach when visiting San Juan del Sur; the beach IN San Juan del Sur is NOT what draws tourists here (it's the surrounding beaches which will require transportation, regardless). Plus, the beachfront is where the parties and loud noise is at night. The staff including Rosales, Anna and the whole security crew were friendly and accommodating. The property in my estimation is from the most secure in the area- there are security guards stationed at all entrances to the property 24 hours a day. The villa was thoughtfully designed with the upper floor having an open wall with balcony overlooking the town, mountains, beach and port. The view never got old and the sunsets were spectacular. It’s been a week since we checked out and I can’t get that picturesque view out of my head! Until next time La Santa Maria…
