We LOVED staying at Ricardo's house in Playa Maderas The house was goegeous with spectacular ocean views. The kitchen, bedrooms and accomodations were top notch. And nothing can beat sunset in the infinity pool. You are just steps from Maderas beach! The house manager Will was always available for any needs we had. This is a must stay in Maderas. Can't wait to get back!

We had an incredible stay at Villa Delfin, the best sunsets we have seen at any places we’ve stayed, photos are very accurate, so nice to wake up with a coffee and view. The beach is very short walk with some steep steps, but that was okay for us. There were 2 beach areas both with restaurants and surf rentals/lessons. We had a great last meal at Juanita’s and enjoyed the sunset walking back. Lots of private areas on the beach - very secluded and perfect area if you are looking for a relaxing time - we spent most days in the infinity pool as it was just too good not to! Only downfall was no shade in the afternoon, but looked like they are working on getting some shade there. Thanks so much Ricardo, we have already recommended to friends and family for a peaceful beach retreat with great view.

You pay for the amazing view right on Playa Maderas. Overall it’s a good place to stay and felt safe and secure. The staff is pleasant and overall really nice. What could use help is the amenities. It felt sort of like a college dorm. The furniture(couches) was not comfortable at all. The kitchen appliances(blender, coffee pot) and utensils(knifes, silverware, etc) were not up to par on what you pay for like a place like this here in Nicaragua. Parts of the decks boards were rotted and my foot went through. Ants were everywhere(in kitchen and inside toilets) We were crazy particular about keeping food away and airtight. They(housekeeping) also turn off the AC right away when they came to clean. We paid a lot to be there and it took hours to cool back down due to the heat. If saving energy is good for the world, I would invest into solar. We also went to the outdoor “gym” and a workout station was rotted and broke. To be fair…Ricardo and staff were on top of any concerns!

Our stay here was even more magnificent than I expected! it felt like paradise and I only hope that I'll be able to return one day. I was able to do yoga on the yoga deck overlooking the sea and beach. Gorgeous views! The private infinity pooI is an excellent addition to this house. I traveled here with my husband and 3 children. It's a short hike down a staircase that felt like I was in a rainforest. the beach was amazing. the only thing I would warn travelers about is if you have any type of physical disability, it might be difficult to get around. it's a walk to get to the restaurants, but they also offer food delivery services. We ordered a couple of times, but I also thoroughly enjoyed our walks to the restaurants on the beach. Anyway, it was an absolutely breathtaking experience!
