Great location, wonderful view, would stay again

Monica was very responsive and helpful. We had a brief blackout one night and the AC didn't come back on right away in all the rooms but Monica took care of it early in the morning. The location is fantastic, very close to town, and the view is GORGEOUS. The pool is very clean and the whole place is well maintained. We loved it and would go back in a heartbeat!

The view was spectacular! The pool was clean and refreshing. The Kitchen was nicely equipped. We loved the beautiful mornings having coffee and watching the peaceful beach wake up. We loved the evening sunsets, each one as spectacular as the first. The bedrooms were plenty large and the showers were great and always produced hot water. The a/c in the bedrooms were very effective and the constant ocean breeze kept the common open air areas comfortable.The electricity went off twice but the generator never missed a beat so we were never left without electricity. We recommend the hike to the Jesus statute. We walked but you can take a car to the top and just have to negotiate the last 75 stairs. The beach at SJDS is beautiful but not really made for beach goers. But there are spectacular beaches close by that are 30-45 min drive. We used Indian Face for all our transportation and they were reliable and reasonable. Playa Hermosa was our favorite. We went 3X. Tree Casa is a must.

Beautiful villa on a hill. Built like a fortress, jaw dropping view. The place was beautifully kept.

We loved our stay in San Juan del sur! The house is in such a great location and is such a comfortable home. It fit our group so well and we would absolutely stay here again.
