The house is beautiful and the location is perfect, or at least it will be in 2-3 years when they finish all of the construction going on in the complex where the house is located. The house felt like it had almost never been used before, but the pool was great, as was the view. A/C was good and the kitchen was well-equipped. The main issue we had was not infrastructure, but the organisation. Your "host" is a company based in the US, and they refer you to a local host company which doesn't seem to exist, and a local contact person from a third company. Unsurprisingly the communication between these entities didn't work, so we didn't receive any clear instructions for check-in and spent at least 45 minutes waiting outside. We didn't get the WiFi password until the second day we were there and the hot water was switched off and we had to ask for it to be switched on, which happened on the second day. We had not booked this house originally, but were offered it as a replacement.
