Our stay was wonderful! We needed to stay in the neighborhood and it was a great location and perfect for our short stay. Very walkable area and the place was exactly as described and Jeff was very accommodating.

Jeff's place was perfect for what I needed - a short, safe walk to UCSF Mission Bay campus and 22nd St Caltrain (be prepared for the hills though!) and nice cafes, restaurants, and markets, quiet and private, beautifully clean and stocked, well-organized with thoughtful labels on everything! The bed is comfy and there was enough room to do some yoga, plenty of closet space, and everything was decorated thoughtfully, not super cheap/minimal like in a lot of places! Jeff was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. This will be my go-to spot the next time I'm in town!
