The house is stylish, comfortable and homely. It is perfect for a holiday with kids with plenty of space for them to run around. Hillier was helpful and gave great information about checking in, hints and tips about the house, appliances and local places to visit. The afternoon sun was perfectly positioned for a wine on the deck while the kids ran around the backyard.

Hillier's place is so comfortable and easily accommodated our extended family of 6 adults and 2 small kids. All the fittings and amenities are of high quality and everything was spotless. The house is very well equipped from the kitchen through to the children's bed and cot, books, toys and outdoor play equipment. The location is excellent being far enough from the town Centre to be tranquil yet only a few minutes drive, and also well located for popular walks and tourist sights. We did appreciate the local info and tips provided by Hillier as well. Couldn't recommend more highly.

We had a great time at Hillier’s place. The communication was easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures, if not better in person. The house is very conveniently located close to everything the blue mountain has to offer. A nice walk to local stores, pubs and cafes or a super quick drive. Hillier provided great information and tips about everything local; food, produce, sites, walks and even recommended a playground within walking distance for my little one (although my daughter rarely wanted to leave the house with its lovely gardens, backyard play equipment, and well stocked toy room). The house had all amenities we needed and I’d absolutely recommend staying there. It’s a warm, relaxing, clean home situated in a beautiful landscape, and the house compliments it’s environment perfectly. You can tell that the house was made with love and has been well cared for. A perfect stay!!

Beautiful house with lots of attention to detail. The kitchen is stunning and the backyard space and fire pit was heaps of fun for the kids. There were plenty of games and toys, perfect for toddlers and even older kids. Location was great, so close to town and only a 10min drive to Katoomba for extra needs and exploring. The hosts had fresh flowers in the house which was a nice touch and easy to communicate with. We had four adults and three toddlers and were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!
