Nous avons eu la chance d'habiter le plus grand des deux appartements loués par Miroslav, alors les commentaires concernent cet appartement. L'appartement est lumineux, propre et très confortable. Vous y retrouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. L'appartement est décoré avec goût. Les meubles, les armoires, et les garde-robes dessinés par Miroslav et faits sur mesure sont magnifiques et procurent beaucoup de rangement. Le quartier est agréable vous y retrouverez plusieurs commerces de proximité. Miroslav est très attentionné, lors de votre arrivée, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour votre petit-déjeuner et/ou pour un repas léger. De plus, vous trouverez dans la salle à manger un magnifique bouquet de fleurs. Miroslav est une personne agréable, serviable, attentionné et pleine de ressources. Miroslav est un hôte de rêve. Ce fut un plaisir de partager une tarte tarin avec lui.

I had a great time staying with Miroslav. He is, undoubtedly, the best Airbnb host I have ever had. I had three different stays with him in both his units. Both units are immaculately clean with stylish touches. He also fully stocks the refrigerator with ham, eggs, cheese, water, juice, coffee, etc. And he is most helpful in giving you tips about Quito and the surrounding area. He can also arrange a driver for you to take you around the area. His name is Oswaldo, and he is also a wonderful guy. Miroslav most definitely made my stay in Quito most memorable. I highly recommend staying with him in either of his two units.

You (1 or 2) will love the apt color, design, lighting, security and bed comfort! You will love Miroslav as the host. He speaks several languages. Breakfast food, coffee/tea are provided. There is plenty of beautiful clothing storage. You can cook on a stovetop, microwave, toaster, espresso maker, but no oven for baking/roasting. There is local TV and stereo. The bathroom space is very limited with a beautiful door that only gets in the way (better if host removes it, privacy not required). Life in the big city brings night time noise (party music, firecrackers, alarms, etc) so be prepared for it. Restaurants and shopping are walking distance. Taxis are within 2 blocks and most rides are under $3. Taxis can take you all day at an hourly rate.
