On the shores of beautiful Lake Lanier. The lake is literally steps from your room. We live on the main level and we have two bedrooms, each with king beds & 2 full baths on the terrace level. Full living room + kitchen. We are located on the main channel of beautiful Lake Lanier where you can fish, canoe, kayak and play in the water. We have a beautiful beach front area with picnic table, beach chairs, fire pit and dock with party deck. We are rated the #1 AirBnB in Gainesville! Right on the water. Spectacular views and easy access to the fun. Two large bedrooms each with king sized beds, private baths and private entrance doors. The unit has a complete kitchen. We also have plates, silverware, plus a coffee bar. The Captain's Room also has a King size bed with private updated bath. It also has it's own exterior entrance/exit. It has a sitting room overlooking the lake with coffee bar and dorm size frig. The outdoor area on the lake side of the home has a propane gas grill, picnic table, fire pit with chairs and bench for relaxing and watching the boats go by. Depending on the water level, this has a sandy beach that allows you to walk in and out of the water. Other amenities include: Canoe, kayak & plenty of noodles and floats for the water plus fishing poles. Our dock is a two slip dock that has a party deck up top with table, chairs that seat 6 and extra large umbrella for those that want some cover from the sun. For those wanting sun, lounge chairs are provided to catch some rays. Feel free to bring your own boat and/or jet skis and tie up at our dock. We also have a boat ramp (Robinson Park) less than a mile from our home. The dock also has a covered seating area with two over-sized comfy chairs that lay back for a nap and a couch that overlooks the water. A hammock and fridge to store your cold items, and complimentary bottled water.
