I was debating between two options, and my communications with Maureen made up my mind. Incredibly accommodating, warm host. The listing was exactly as described, and exceeded expectations. This a wonderful space to spread out if you have a bigger group between the downstairs kids area with game room, and the huge outside deck. Cleanliness is my biggest thing, and this place hit the mark. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there is a very nice grill outside. The house is on a hill, which leads down to a very private cove and dock where we caught several fish in the clear water. If you have a boat, the boat ramp is not even two minutes away, and you'll have easy access to the lake once it is docked as well. All 4 bedrooms are cozy and well appointed with quality bedding, and the towels are plush and abundant. You will not regret this rental, top-notch host. Thank you Maureen for a perfect birthday celebration weekend.

Maureen’s place is gorgeous as is the setting. The whole place puts a person at peace. Maureen is a great host who’s very attentive. She responded quickly whenever we had any questions. I highly recommend a stay with Maureen.

I cannot say enough about our time at Lanier Cove! My husband and I were able to sneak away for 3 nights and we came back feeling refreshed like we were gone a couple of weeks! Not only did we love the home, but Maureen went out of her way to ensure our stay in Gainesville was nothing short of extraordinary. As a real estate agent, she took time out of her schedule to show us homes as we day dream about one day relocating. Maureen felt like someone we’d known for years, and couldn’t have been nicer. We will absolutely be back, and can’t wait to enjoy this beautiful stay again!! 😍

We are a small race team and we’ve Been staying at Maureen’s place every time we come to race or test at Road Atlanta for the last 3-4 years. Place is beautiful, cozy, very clean.and very spacious. Since we first stayed we have loved the house and its amenities. House was recently redecorated and it’s even nicer than before. Highly recommend this property for larger groups or families with children.
