As you enter the Paradise Point, a sizeable and open-floor plan greet you where you’ll have ample space to lounge, relax, and take in the views! The main level consists of the living room, dining room, breakfast area, covered porch with dining tables and lounge chairs, 3 full size bedrooms with en suites, and a fully equipped and stocked kitchen a chef would be proud of, with all stainless steel appliances, including two Wolf convection ovens, microwave, 6 burner induction cooktop, Subzero refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee station, and more. Windows with lake view from kitchen, breakfast nook, and great room double glass door onto expansive covered patio with vaulted ceiling, dining for 12 or more, plus additional outdoor furniture seating to take in the views in comfort. Of course a large Weber grill to have the perfect steaks or just hotdogs and hampurgers if more relaxed cookout. The Primary room features a king-sized bed and comes with amazing lake views, a gas fireplace, and large flat-screen Smart TV. The Primary room's expansive bath features a spacious shower area with 10 shower heads 2 person steam shower for a soothing and spa-like shower experience along with dual vanities and a private toilet area. On the other side of the home, you’ll find 2 bedrooms both with large private bathrooms. One of the rooms comes with a Queen bed and the other a King bed. As you venture downstairs to the terrace level you'll find an amazing and open game room, complete with arcade, pool table, foosball table, shuffleboard, card table, and a ping pong table, gas fireplace and 65" Samsung Smart TV with walk out to another covered porch with loads of seating overlooking back yard and the lake. Additionally, you have a complete 2nd kitchen downstairs with bar seating for 7, full-sized oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, etc. 14 zone Sonos audio system so everyone can listen to their own music in different rooms or the same sound playing everywhere, including outside and even at the dock. Heading outside from the terrace level, guests will find a short and flat walk to the dock. For those who struggle with stairs or steep incline/decline this is a perfect situation as the gentle walk down to the lake and main floor family room, dining room, kitchen, master, and 2 guest rooms all with only needing to climb 2 steps into the home. We have a large fire pit ring and tons of firewood available, but we have started keeping it in the garage as someone had a fire under the covered porch which forced us to repair the ceiling. Please LMK if you plan to use the fire pit during your stay. And no lake house is complete without a large and private 2 story dock with massive upper deck for enjoyment! We also provide paddleboards, kayaks, floats, life vests, a swim platform and ladder, and other essential lake toys for guest use free of charge. Bring your rod-and-reels as the cove is also fantastic for fishing - even right from the dock! The dock is a great place to tie up a boat during your stay - the boat launch is only 10 minutes away and there is trailer parking at the top of the driveway. Don't have a boat, but want to rent one? No problem! We have a boat rental service less than 5 minutes from Paradise Point with fantastic rates and you can even keep the boat at the dock during your stay! We also offer chartered boat captain services as well for those that want to not have to worry about driving.
