Big and beautiful house. The pool area overlooking the lake is spectacular. Farrah and Philip are wonderful hosts and very helpful. Our group of eight had plenty of space. We rented a pontoon boat (and tube) for most of the week from Gainesville Marina, which was one of the highlights. Private dock is down a hill from the house but very convenient.

Farrah and Phillip were superb AirBnB hosts. Communication from booking through the conclusion of our stay was outstanding. Farrah was prompt with answers to any questions we had, and we were able to plan a great trip. Phillip actually offered to meet at the property at check-in and we took him up on it. He explained how to use the door locking system, the grill, and several other features in the home. He also gave great tips for navigating between the house/pool/dock. This really is an incredible property...extremely private and exclusive, but also a mile from a grocery store and any restaurant you could want to get to. I would highly recommend a trip to Chateau Mountain View...you absolutely get what you pay for. Thanks for an awesome stay!

What a great location! You feel so private but are close to everything you would need. Great views from the house, we sat out on the deck for meals. It was fun to watch boaters and the sunsets were amazing. The property is full of beauty and nature. There was so much to do and lots of space inside and out.
