I love what the Kerry landscape offers changing daily for great walks on nearby beaches and mountains with my 4 dogs, so many walks to choose from on the Wild Atlantic Way on our doorstep. We are at the starting point for the Dingle Way an 8 day walking round trip from Tralee walking the ring of the Dingle Peninsula and back to Tralee or can be done in sections to enjoy a 3 day walking tour would take you from Tralee to Camp 6/7 hours, Camp to Anascaul, & Anascaul to Dingle. Lots to do around Kerry from Whale watching off Dingle to 4x4 Off Roading, Sea Kayaking, Wild Swimming Tours , Open Water Swimming, & Coasteering with Wild Water Adventures. My husband loves the many golf courses near us. Tralee golf course 18 hole links as is Ballybunion Golf course & Waterville Golf course. We enjoy the fun & entertainment here in Tralee in August for the Rose of Tralee festival. Every September we have the harvest racing festival in Listowel just 30 mins drive, Listowel writers week every June. I have completed the cameno walk in northern Spain, scuba diving in Mexico and around Kerry with our local scuba diving club in Castlegregory just 8 miles from us. We walk daily on the many beaches with the dogs, Fenit fishing pier & island is one of Anthony's favourite, mine is Stradbally or black rock to Ballyheigue. On our day off we drive to many beautiful towns near by like Dingle, to see fungi the dolphin ( try swiming with our friendly Dolphin )we take a boat ride to the Blasket Islands for a walk , also Skellig Rock where Star Wars was filmed in 2015 Killarney & Kenmare for a walk and great food. We use the Aqua dome here 10 min walk from us to swim most days. We love having guests stay with us , to make friends with and share our local knowledge and hobbies, we gladly assist with pick up or drop off from train , bus or our local Kerry Airport just ask.
