Quirky and unique house at a beautiful location. Very quiet & peaceful and good value for money for the amount of space and rooms, compared to the cost of camping. Communication before arrival could have been better as we were not informed of a broken window in a bedroom, non-functional bbq and rubbish was left behind by previous occupants. Micro bats had also moved into one of the bedrooms because a door was left open previously but that’s not really something that the owner could have controlled. Kitchen was well equipped with more than enough pots&pans and cutlery to cater for 2 families. Bed covers and mattresses were not very clean with some of them containing old mud wasp nests and others covered in gecko droppings. Some of that should be expected in country homes, however we generally felt the property could be kept cleaner on a regular basis. Even with those things we had a great time with two families including dogs. The falls were definitely worth a visit!

We immediately fell in love with this property as soon as we arrived. It was peaceful and private which is exactly what we were after. Our kids and dogs loved the freedom and we loved it because we were able to unwind and relax. Graeme suggested we buy a lucerne bale to feed the cows and that was definitely one of the highlights. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks Graeme for your easy communication and instructions.

This place is truely something special. We come every year and we never want to leave. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, relax and enjoy the beautiful land then this place is for you. It’s pure bliss! We’ll be back next year if not sooner 😊
